About the Event

Fleet & Mobility Live 2026 runs on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 6 and 7, at the NEC in Birmingham. Now in its 11th year, it is organized by Fleet News and is billed as Europe's largest fleet event. Attendance is free, and the event is aimed at fleet decision-makers across organizations of all sizes.

Audience and Attendees

The event attracts more than 2,000 fleet professionals, with 83% at manager level or above. Visitors come from fleet, facilities, transport, HR, finance, procurement, travel and mobility roles. Exhibitors number more than 100, alongside 60-plus industry speakers.

Programme Structure

The two-day event combines an exhibition floor with expert-led seminars and case studies, including dedicated content tracks such as sessions for procurement professionals. Visitors can register for free and book a stand as an exhibitor.

Main Topics

Sessions and exhibits focus on the transition to electric vehicles and charging infrastructure planning, compliance, risk and driver safety, procurement and finance topics such as total cost of ownership, and funding and leasing models for fleets.
