About the Event

INTERGEO 2026 is the world's leading trade fair and conference for geodesy, geoinformation and land management, held September 15 to 17, 2026 at Messe München in halls B5, B6, C5 and C6. It is organized by DVW e.V. together with HINTE Expo & Conference GmbH, and the 2026 edition carries the tagline "Inspiration for a smarter world."

Audience and Attendees

The event's own figures cite 530+ exhibitors, more than 18,500 visitors, and representation from 119 countries, with exhibition hours running from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Exhibitors range from technology providers and software companies to surveying and sensor manufacturers, GIS and data platform providers, and start-ups. Separate Conference and Expo tickets are sold, and Germany's Federal Ministry of the Interior, represented by Alexander Dobrindt, has sent a welcome greeting as patron of the event alongside DVW e.V. President Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Staiger.

Programme Structure

The INTERGEO Conference runs across all three exhibition days directly on the Messe München grounds. It opens with welcome addresses that give a high-level view of current developments and challenges in the industry, drawing on perspectives from academia, industry and the public sector. Access to the exhibition is exclusively through Entrance East, reachable from Munich Hauptbahnhof by U-Bahn line U2 to Messestadt Ost station in about 20 minutes.

Main Topics

The 2026 conference's key topics are digital twins, extended reality, artificial intelligence, geodata and software, digitalization of public administration, the energy sector, building information modeling, water management, earth observation, geoinformation administration, unmanned systems and engineering geodesy, alongside a dedicated Real Estate Lab track.
