Two complimentary passes are available per company for qualifying issuers.

Programme Structure

The programme opens on the evening of 14 September with a pre-conference networking event. Main conference Day 1 on 15 September runs from 8:00am and covers the state of the industry, investor viewpoints on yield and relative value, the European issuer landscape, the agents' perspective, and asset manager portfolio strategy. The afternoon includes a private placement boot camp and parallel discussion roundtables on Schuldschein and short-term IG lending, followed by an offsite networking drinks reception at HEINEKEN. Main conference Day 2 on 16 September opens with sessions on digital infrastructure and data centres, European infrastructure investment, and geopolitics, with a closed-door invite-only brunch boardroom running in parallel during the morning break. The afternoon covers sports financing, energy transition, transportation infrastructure, royalty-backed investments, asset-backed finance, CLOs, and fund finance, before concluding with a closing drinks reception from 3:50pm.

Main Topics

The agenda spans the full breadth of the European private placements and private credit market. Key themes include the convergence of investment grade private placements and private credit, yield and relative value in a tightening spread environment, the IG versus non-IG frontier and documentation standards, European regulatory developments including ELTIF 2.0 and Basel IV, and the expanding European issuer base from mid-sized corporates to infrastructure operators and sports organisations. Sector-specific sessions address digital infrastructure and data centre underwriting, offshore wind, solar and nuclear energy financing, transportation infrastructure including aviation, rail, and ports, royalty-backed investments in music and pharmaceuticals, asset-backed finance beyond corporate risk, CLO issuance and collateral quality, and NAV lending and fund finance. The Schuldschein market and short-term IG lending are explored in dedicated roundtables, and geopolitical risk in the context of US tariff policy and European fiscal response is addressed through a keynote from Lord Darroch, former British Ambassador to the United States.

Closing Session

The event concludes on 16 September with the chair's closing remarks at 3:45pm, delivered by Scott Ashton of Morrison and Foerster and Vincent Pelleriti of Chapman and Cutler, followed by the Private Placements Industry Forum Europe 2026 closing drinks reception from 3:50pm to 6:00pm.
