About the Event
SMM 2026 runs September 1-4, 2026 at Hamburg Messe und Congress. It's the world's leading trade fair for the maritime industry, held every two years, with 12 halls, more than 2,200 exhibitors and around 45,000 expected visitors.

Programme Structure
The event runs across five stages and five specialist conferences: the Maritime Future Summit, gmec (Global Maritime Environmental Congress), MS&D (Maritime Security & Defence Conference), Offshore Dialogue, and the TradeWinds Shipowners Forum. New for 2026 is a dedicated Naval Hall (Hall B8) bringing together exhibition, conference programme, and networking for maritime security and defence, plus the new ALL ABOUT PORTS platform for port industry solutions.
