Programme Structure
Day One on 9 November opens with the chair's welcome at 9:00am and features main stage sessions on global value creation leadership, operating model transformation, resilience and risk in value creation, digital transformation partnerships, generative AI strategy, and pricing execution. The afternoon runs two parallel streams: the Data and Maximising Value track covering portfolio company data strategy, marketing and brand equity, and fund size-specific value creation frameworks for mid-size and small funds, including a dedicated session on managing French portfolio companies; and the invite-only VIP simulation stream covering five sequential high-impact scenarios on digital initiative failure, operating system mistakes, culture and talent challenges, value creation plan execution and conflict management, and board efficiency improvement. Day One closes with a drinks reception at 4:50pm. Day Two on 10 November covers AI risk and liability, the future of value creation, cybersecurity governance at portfolio company board level, technological risk management, talent retention, CEO culture-building perspectives, a tech showcase, leadership and culture in small and mid-cap firms, sustainability as a value lever, the GP-investor-portfolio company partnership dynamic, and the operating partner's perspective on what outstanding CFO performance looks like.
