About ROI·DNA

ROI·DNA was founded in 2009 by Matt Quirie in San Francisco, California, as a culture-first B2B digital marketing agency built on performance, invention, and a strict zero-asshole policy. In June 2022, the agency was acquired by Enero Group, joining the Hotwire Global family of companies alongside PR, communications, and marketing consultancy brands. In June 2025, ROI·DNA expanded its global presence by integrating Hotwire's existing marketing services teams across EMEA and APAC, evolving from a North America-focused performance marketing agency into a global growth consultancy. The agency is led by Managing Director Surj Gish and operates as part of the Hotwire Global network, with Hotwire CEO Grant Toups leading the broader group.
