• Impact drivers remain a persistent risk on rainscreen cladding installs, where manufacturers specify controlled torque and over-tightening can damage aluminium components and void warranties
• Calibration intervals set once at commissioning and never revisited can miss real performance drift: one torque wrench needed a seasonal rather than flat annual interval once thermal exposure was mapped against five years of calibration history
• Regular validation between full calibrations is being used to limit recall exposure on digital torque wrenches that can drift silently
• Bosch Rexroth's tightening tools are designed to run maintenance free while holding precision, and Hilti's Active Torque Control uses sensors to stop the tool when a bit jams

• STANLEY has launched its ALL BUILD NO BULL platform aimed at construction professionals, positioning brand trust as something earned through delivery rather than louder claims
• Distribution is expanding into new markets: Stevron Tools is growing across Latin America through distributor partnerships, and WORKPRO is building retail brand presence through in-store showcases
• Training and demonstration remain a core sales motion, with Milwaukee's Job Site Specialists running demos across Morocco and hands-on training building reseller confidence elsewhere
