About the Event

ALUMINIUM 2026 is the global meeting place for the aluminium industry, held from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany, occupying halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7a. Organised by RX and held biennially, the 2026 edition operates under the motto "Sharing a Vision" and marks a decisive shift in the event's positioning from technological showcase to strategic decision platform. With over 800 exhibitors and partners expected alongside 20,000+ trade visitors from more than 100 countries, 73 percent of them involved in purchasing decisions, ALUMINIUM 2026 covers the entire aluminium value chain from raw materials through primary and smelter products, semi-finished products, value-added products, machinery, and industrial services. The event is backed by Aluminium Deutschland and European Aluminium as ideational partners. Visitor tickets are available as a three-day pass for €52 in advance, covering full access to all exhibition halls, conference sessions, and award ceremonies.

Programme Structure

The three-day programme combines the main exhibition with two dedicated conference programmes, Speakers Corners, themed forums, two industry award initiatives, and live demonstrations. The ALUMINIUM Conference, organised by Aluminium Deutschland, addresses the issues that will define the next decade of industrial transformation, from circular economy and raw materials security to innovation, aerospace, mobility, defence, and economic competitiveness. A newly expanded Sustainability and Recycling Conference, hosted in collaboration with CRU, builds on the popular 2024 Speakers Corner format into a full conference programme addressing circular economy, low-carbon production, and greener processing, complemented by a dedicated Sustainability and Recycling Area in Hall 6. The ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards, created with International Aluminium Journal, recognise achievements across three categories: low-carbon manufacturing, product innovation, and smart connected manufacturing, with winners announced at the show. The Women with Metal Awards return for another edition, with an expert jury selecting finalists from across the global industry. Digital tools including the Lead Manager App, Colleqt QR Code, and Exhibitor Dashboard support efficient lead capture and visitor planning throughout the event. foundry-planet
