About the Event

DEALSOURCING 2026 is the flagship networking event of the German corporate finance community, taking place on September 15, 2026, at the Dorint Hotel Frankfurt/Oberursel. It is organized by FINANCE Think Tank, an initiative of Targecy GmbH, together with the podcast "What's up, Corporate Finance?", with Dealcircle as co-organizer and deal-tech partner.

Audience and Attendees

The event draws more than 1,100 participants from M&A, financing and restructuring, including private equity investors, corporate M&A professionals, debt providers, restructuring advisers and legal counsel. Attending firms in 2025 included Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Boston Consulting Group, Blackstone, Ares Management, CVC Capital Partners and Houlihan Lokey, among several hundred other companies.

Programme Structure

The single day runs from an 8am networking breakfast through a series of themed workshops, each combining roughly 25 minutes of programme content with 30 minutes of structured speed networking, and closes with an evening dinner and barbecue buffet.

Main Topics

The 2026 programme covers private equity value-creation levers, carve-out execution in crisis situations, AI's role in due diligence and data rooms, and financing and restructuring topics for the small and mid-cap market.

Closing Session

The day closes with an evening dinner and barbecue buffet described by organizers as continuing the networking "long after" the formal programme ends, before attendees depart the following day.
