The fair's own figures cite around 250 exhibitors and more than 7,000 decision-makers and users from Austria's municipalities, with roughly 3,000 visitors on-site per day across 17,000 square meters of exhibition and outdoor space.

Programme Structure

Set-up runs September 28 to 30, 2026, with outdoor set-up on September 30 from 2 to 9 p.m. The fair opens both days at 8:15 a.m., and the parallel Gemeindetag includes talks and speeches from senior Austrian politicians, expert conferences and panel discussions on current municipal issues, and a gala evening with entertainment. Break-down begins after 3:30 p.m. on October 2 and must finish by 10 p.m. on October 3.

Exhibitors present solutions across sewer and pipe technology, road safety, construction machinery, banking, IT services, waste management, electric vehicles, electronic locking systems, home automation, occupational safety, school furniture, and traffic signage, aimed at the practical needs of Austrian cities and municipalities.
