About the Event
Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026 runs October 19 to 22 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Gartner's own announcement describes it as the world's most important gathering of CIOs and other IT executives, with more than 7,000 CIOs and senior leaders expected. This year's theme is Ignite Intelligence, and the event is supported by more than 130 on-site Gartner analysts.
Audience and Attendees
Over the four days, attendees hear from more than 140 Gartner experts and 180 solution providers across more than 350 sessions spanning technology, information, leadership and business strategy.
Programme Structure
The event combines keynotes, analyst-led sessions and a large Xpo show floor. Attendees use the Gartner Conference Navigator app to build a personal agenda and access session materials during and after the conference.
