About Userled

Userled was founded in 2022 by CEO Yann Sarfati and CTO Tristan Saunders in Kent, United Kingdom. Both founders previously co-founded Revive, and bring experience from Salesforce, Incident.io, and American Express respectively. The company raised £4 million in a pre-seed round in 2024, led by LocalGlobe with participation from Dig Ventures and angels including Tessian founder Tim Sadler and Incident.io CEO Stephen Whitworth. Userled is a lean, fast-growing team of approximately 25 employees serving hundreds of B2B companies across Europe and North America.

Userled's platform covers three interconnected capabilities. The creation layer uses AI to generate personalised content assets – including landing pages, microsites, ad creatives, email banners, and event invites – from account and contact data, without requiring designers or developers. The distribution layer pushes these assets across all major channels from a single interface, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and direct email outreach. The intelligence layer uses cookieless fingerprinting and a proprietary Identity Layer to track account and contact-level engagement in real time, feeding intent signals into CRM and enabling sales teams to follow up with precision. The platform integrates natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and major IP reveal providers.
