About the Event
InnoTrans 2026 runs September 22-25, 2026 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Organized by Messe Berlin, it is the fifteenth edition of the fair and marks its 30th anniversary since launching in 1996. The fair is sub-divided into five segments: Railway Technology, Railway Infrastructure, Public Transport, Interiors, and Tunnel Construction, occupying all 42 halls available at the grounds.
Audience & Attendees
InnoTrans draws exhibitors and trade visitors from the rail and transport technology sector worldwide. In 2024, the fair had 2,946 exhibitors from 59 countries.

A unique feature is the outdoor and track display area, with around 3,500 metres of track showing everything from tank wagons to high-speed trains. The InnoTrans Convention, the event's top-level supporting programme, complements the fair and is streamed live. Vehicle manufacturers can also demonstrate buses in the Bus Display area and its adjacent Demonstration Course.

The fair's segments cover railway vehicle technology, railway infrastructure, public transport, interiors, and tunnel construction, supported by dedicated areas including the AI Mobility Lab, InnoTrans Campus, and Mobility+.
Closing Session
The fair runs through its final day, September 25, 2026, in Berlin.
