Health tech's center of gravity is shifting from pilots to embedded infrastructure. Regulators on both sides of the Atlantic are converging on performance based standards for AI, health systems are putting AI agents directly into documentation and patient messaging workflows, and capital keeps flowing into imaging, robotics and cancer care. At the same time, a recurring counterpoint ran through the period, that access, equity and commercial readiness still decide whether any of this technology actually changes outcomes.
