Healthcare AI is shifting from proving raw capability to proving it inside real clinical workflows, forcing regulators, health systems and vendors to confront questions of liability, data quality and reimbursement rather than technology alone. Robotics and surgical platforms are moving from single-site pilots into national and cross-border rollouts, while imaging and health data infrastructure investment concentrates around AI-ready platforms. At the same time medtech's center of gravity is broadening beyond its traditional core, with Asia Pacific, Vietnam and the Gulf reshaping how and where new technology reaches patients.
